Bead Me Up is available for private functions such as office holiday beading parties, private classes and girl’s night out parties. We can make space for refreshments. The maximum number of participants is 10. Please call any of our staff for information – 478-742-4247.ils.

UPDATED CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTY INFORMTION

Our children’s birthday party consists of a necklace and bracelet for $10 per child. Minimum age for birthday parties is six and the maximum number of children is limited to ten. The children will have numerous color choices of glass beads and a single color bottle of “E” beads. Time allotted for the party is two hours – approximately one hour for beading and the remainder of the two hours for the parent to do presents and refreshments if they want to. We do not have a refrigerator or freezer to keep refreshments cold; you may want to bring your own ice chest and ice. If there are more than five party participants, parents are encouraged to drop off their children and return to pick them up in two hours. We do not have space in our shop or parking lot for all parents to wait until the party is over. Please remember our shop is open for business during the party hours.

IF YOU HAVE A BRACELET THAT FITS YOU, PLEASE BRING IT ALONG. WE WILL ALSO DISCUSS BASICS OF MATERIALS AND TOOLS USED IN MAKING JEWELRY. YOU WILL RECEIVE WRITTEN NOTES AND INSTRUCTIONS ON CRIMPING AND WRAPPED LOOPS. CLASS INCLUDES ALL MATERIALS AND USE OF OUR TOOLS. Flat Peyote Bracelet II
No classes scheduled this month –. FLAT EVEN COUNT PEYOTE STITCH IS A GOOD WAY TO GET STARTED INTO STITCHING. YOU WILL MAKE A SOLID COLOR BRACELET WITH A DECREASE ON EACH END OF THE BRACELET TO ADD THE CLASP. YOU WILL HAVE OVER 50 COLORS OF SIZE 11 SEED BEADS TO CHOOSE FROM. CRYSTAL, PEARL & SEED BEAD BRACELET
No classes scheduled this month - THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER COURSE; BASIC BEADING I TECHNIQUES ARE REQUIRED [SEE ABOVE DESCRIPTION]. MAKE THIS STUNNING BRACELET USING SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL, GLASS PEARLS, AND SEED BEADS. WE WILL STRING USING BIG EYE NEEDLES AND FIRELINE. IF YOU HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH THESE MATERIALS, THIS WILL BE A GREAT STARTING PLACE. WE WILL FINISH OFF THE BRACELT WITH A STERLING SILVER TOGGLE. CLASS INCLUDES ALL MATERIALS AND USE OF OUR TOOLS. WEDENSDAY July 7 2:00-4:00; WEDNESDAY, July 21, 5:30-7:30 PM - YOU WILL CROCHET A STERLING WIRE AND GLASS BEAD NECKLACE. YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW HOW TO CROCHET TO TAKE THIS CLASS. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING A SIZE "I" OR "J" CROCHET HOOK - WAL-MART, MICHAELS, AND HOBBY LOBBY HAVE THESE HOOKS. CLASS INCLUDES ALL MATERIALS AND USE OF OUR TOOLS. CLASS IS LIMITED TO 4 - CALL FOR RSERVATIONS - $25.00 + $1.50 TAX = $26.50.

2x2 Sterling Silver Chain Maille Bracelet (Womans Bracelet)
THURSDAY, July 8, 2-4 PM; THURSDAY, July 22, 5:30-7:30 PM – CHAIN MAILLE IS AN OLD PROCESS OF LINKING TOGETHER RINGS TO FORM ARMOUR. TODAY WE USE CHAIN MAILLE TO MAKE JEWELRY. THE 2X2 BRACELET IS ONE OF THE SIMPLEST PROJECTS TO LEARN CHAIN MAILLE. CLASS IS LIMITED TO 4 - CALL FOR RSERVATIONS - $40.00 + $2.10 TAX = $42.10.
