ADULT PARTIES

Bead Me Up is available for private functions such as office holiday parties, and girl's night parties out parties and private classes. The maximum number of participants is 10. Please call any of our staff for information and details.

UPDATED CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTY INFORMTION

Our children's birthday party consists of a necklace and bracelet for $10 per child. Minimum age for birthday parties is six and the maximum number of children is limited to ten. The children will have numerous color choices of glass beads and a single color bottle of "E" beads. Time allotted for the party is two hours - approximately one hour for beading and the remainder of the two hours for the parents to do presents and refreshments if they want to. We do not have a refrigerator or freezer to keep refreshments cold; you may want to bring your own ice chest and ice. If there are more than five party participants, parents are encouraged to drop off their children and return to pick them up in two hours. We do not have space in our shop or parking lot for all parents to wait until the party is over. Please remember our shop is open for business during the party hours.

DECEMBER CLASS SCHEDULE – We will not have a formal class schedule for December. If you want to take one of the classes listed above, between December 1st and 15th, please call the shop and we will try to setup a class. We can do classes during the day for one student, evening classes require 2-4 students. We will resume our regular class schedule in January.

JANUARY WIRE WRAPPING CLASS – We will be announcing the complete details for the wire wrapping class in the January newsletter. We are planning on Saturday, January 23rd; Wave Ring from 9:00 AM till Noon and wire wrapped pendant from 1:00 - 4:00 PM. You can take one or both of these classes. These classes will teach you the safe way to use wire, the tools for manipulating wire and producing the final product.

IN ORDER TO COMPLETE CLASSES ON TIME, PLEASE BE HERE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE CLASS TIME IN ORDER TO PICK OUT YOUR BEADS. YOU CAN STOP BY THE SHOP PRIOR TO THE CLASS TO SELECT YOUR MATERIALS; WE WILL HOLD THEM FOR YOU.

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING CELL PHONES DURING THE CLASS. IF YOU NEED TO TAKE A CALL, PLEASE STEP AWAY FROM THE CLASS SO THE INSTRUCTOR AND STUDENTS CAN CONTINUE WITH THE CLASS.
